Future Executive Structure

The Executive Management Team (EMT) have worked together to review skills, capability, capacity and priorities within our strategic plan, and a new structure has been established, as below.  Our new Executive Director of Place will join in January 2026.  Alongside them, Michelle Dawson as Executive Director of Homes & Communities and Nick Jackson as Executive Director of Business Services, and as Gill Martin retires at the end of 2025, we are excited to recruit a Chief People Officer to the team.
