Description

Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is Plymouth’s largest social housing landlord, with over 16,000 properties providing homes for more than 35,000 people. We’re proud of our strong performance and ambitious about our future, with a bold vision for growth, transformation, and inclusion — underpinned by our values: we care, respect, listen, and do the right thing.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organisation and its culture. As Chief People Officer, you will lead strategic cultural transformation, organisational development, and corporate strategy — ensuring PCH remains purpose-driven, high-performing, and people-centred as we grow in scale and complexity.

You’ll be responsible for enabling functions including People, Culture, Leadership, Communications, Corporate Affairs, and Data & Insight. You’ll champion a values-led culture, drive innovation through data and digital tools, and build meaningful careers and inclusive workplaces where people thrive.

We are seeking a visionary leader with senior experience in people, culture and organisational development. You’ll bring a strong track record of transformation, inclusive leadership, and strategic impact in complex organisations. You’ll be a collaborative influencer, a confident communicator, and a passionate advocate for excellence and equity.

We are a committed Equal Opportunities and Disability Confident employer and welcome applications from talented people from all backgrounds. Please let us know if you need any assistance or flexibility in your interview or the role when you apply.
